If the one-day workshop is a chance to dip your toes into encaustic painting, this two-day weekend workshop offers full immersion. You'll be introduced to the encaustic process and its wide range of possibilities. We’ll cover the same basic techniques as the one-day class, but with more time to explore this exciting medium as we also look at layering, scraping, and how to create both textured and smooth surfaces. No prior experience is needed.

This two-day beginners workshop runs from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday, held in-person at my Portsmouth, NH studio. Limited to five participants for a personalized experience. All materials provided.
